How to print your utility bill on the new BuyPower mobile app
If you’ve ever tried opening a bank account or upgrading your existing bank account, you’ll know that a utility bill a typically required as one of the documents you must present and getting it from your DisCos’ office to obtain this document could be quite stressful.
Since we’ve built our app for your convenience, you can easily download your utility bill/receipt from the BuyPower mobile app.
To print your utility bill/receipt, do the following:
- Click on ‘Print bills’ when you open the app
- Select the meter you want the utility bill for
- Select the bill you want from the list of bills
- Click on the download button at the bottom left of the screen.
- Once it is downloaded, you can print it out if need be.
Now, you have your utility bill ready to be presented wherever you need it.
