When our founders launched Buypower a few years ago, they had one goal; to increase convenience for the average Nigerian.

Today, we’re super proud that we’ve been able to offer this convenience to over two million Nigerians including yourself.

We value the trust you’ve put in our service and cannot wait to provide you with seamless transactions in the coming year.

Our Customer Service was Unmatched

To ensure every single one of our customers has a great experience, we doubled down by implementing new strategies and updates.

Thanks to our relentless customer support team, we were able to significantly improve our customer support experience.

There are now faster ways to reach the representatives of our support army and this year, we recorded an even faster resolution time. The superhero Flash has nothing on us.

We Turned 5!

You heard that right. Five years of continually providing convenience in utility payments.

This year we took time to reflect on those who have made this possible. So, we celebrated our anniversary by visiting some of our loyal customers who have stuck with us since day one and we didn’t go empty-handed. You can watch our anniversary video here.

We also gave back to our community by contributing to a major road development project.

Birthed New Incredible Products

Amidst many product improvements, we launched two new babies to help solve your other utility needs;

We Got an Amazing Ambassador

In the second half of this year, we unveiled Erica Nlewedim as our Brand Ambassador.

Erica has been an amazing ambassador of the brand by being a star and proving that dedication makes you shine. We’ve been able to achieve a lot with the star girl on our side this year and thus, grateful for the amazing partnership.

To continually provide top-notch service to our amazing customers, we had to expand our workforce by bringing passionate and talented people on board.
